The LeNgineer and Lennovation Research and Development Mentorship Program, recruits talented individuals from a variety of technical background to work in LeNgineer’s product development division.

LeNgineer is beginning the development of multiple novel technologies and we require motivated personnel to be integrated in every aspect of the R&D process. Within this program the recruits will be trained on the disciplines required for LeNgineer’s technologies. We will also support our recruits to pursue their own innovative ideas and lead their own projects under LeNgineer. The recruits will be motivated based on the success of the technology they work on along with the potential to learn and obtain skills essential to the engineering field.

The R&D Mentorship program allows young engineers and entrepreneurs to focus on their passion and be a part of their product development from the earliest phase to final commercialization. This program mentors our recruits to build their resume and portfolio to either continue working on their project through LeNgineer or to later obtain a position at another respectable company to utilize their new skills.

Backgrounds of interest include: 

Electrical engineering, electronics engineering, aerospace engineering, software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer science, biomedicine, systems engineering, information technology, internet technologies, robotics, environmental, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, architecture, health/fitness, agriculture, food science, 3-D designs, financial modeling, and business operations. 

Recruits can be recent graduates or current college students pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related discipline. Individuals of high talent pursuing inventions without degrees will also be considered.

This program is a joint venture between LeNgineer and Lennovation. The team will work out of the Lennovation facilities and will be operated and managed by LeNgineer.
